These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HTWV website and any services we make available through it, including the waitlist and flavor voting. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Pre-Launch Status

HTWV is currently in pre-launch. Product descriptions, flavors, ingredients, packaging, pricing, and availability are not final and are subject to change. No products are currently offered for sale through this site. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract of sale or reserve inventory.

Waitlist & Communications

By submitting your information to the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from HTWV about our launch, product updates, and founding-member offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; transactional messages related to a purchase may still be sent.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party information without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Do not use the site in violation of any applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The HTWV name, logos, product designs, photography, text, and other content on the site are owned by HTWV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

User Submissions

If you submit feedback, research responses, flavor votes, or other content, you grant HTWV a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for product development, marketing, and business operations. Do not submit anything you consider confidential.

Disclaimers

The site and any information on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HTWV does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
