How HTWV was formulated.

The short version: balance beats overload. Here's the thinking behind every decision in the can.

The formulation philosophy

Most functional beverages fail one of two tests. Either they overload a single ingredient to look impressive on the label, or they load in so many that nothing lands at a meaningful dose. HTWV chose the middle: a focused set of ingredients at supportive daily amounts, balanced so the drink stays refreshing.

Electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium

Sodium is by far the most-lost electrolyte in sweat. Potassium partners with sodium to keep fluids balanced inside your cells. Magnesium supports normal muscle and nervous system function. Together they cover the daily-recovery use case without pushing into medical-grade rehydration territory.

Vitamins: C, B6, B12

Vitamin C supports normal immune function and everyday antioxidant defense. B6 and B12 support normal energy metabolism and nervous system function. These are common gaps in modern diets, and pairing them with electrolytes in one can removes a step from your routine.

Why sparkling

Format is the most under-rated part of any functional beverage. A lightly carbonated recovery drink tastes refreshing all the way through the can. That's the difference between drinking one every day and drinking one on the days you remember.

Why no caffeine

Recovery and stimulants are two different jobs. HTWV is designed so you can reach for it after a workout at 6pm without wrecking your sleep, or first thing in the morning without stacking it on top of coffee.
